Social Media Work

I have had the opportunity to work on social media pages for multiple different organizations and company's. To see some of the content creation and social media management I did for them, continue to scroll below. 

My senior year at the University of Montevallo has been spent working as a social media intern with FRED Communication by Design, a marketing and communication agency headquartered at Pepper Place, a design district in the heart of Birmingham. 

As a part of the FRED team, I gained experience utilizing different scheduling apps, designing on Photoshop and finding creative ways to display a brand that helps create brands.

Junior United Nations Assembly of Alabama is a nonprofit organization that hosts an annual model United Nations conference crafted for grades 5th through 8th to increase their understanding of diplomacy and strengthen skills in interpersonal communication, public speaking, research and more. 

The program is entirely unique to Alabama and only takes place once a year, meaning the time frame to create content can be limited. 

Since 2022, I have served as one of the production assistants for the program. My main role is outreach and design, meaning I get the opportunity to design yearly t-shirts, resolution books, social graphics and more.

My fall semester at FRED, I worked with them on the social medias for Pepper Place, a lively design district in the heart of downtown Birmingham, which houses FREDs office. I created nearly weekly Instagram reels to showcase the tenants and culture of Pepper Place. 

As a member of the UM Student Social Media Team, I have had the opportunity to film, star in, and edit short form videos, plan video ideas and also conduct audits on competitors social media accounts.
